HNTB is an engineering firm that relocated its office to 14th & Spring, a 12-story, Class A office tower in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The firm occupies three floors of the building. The location includes collaboration hubs, quiet zone areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a café and various outdoor spaces.
