NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 16, 2025) – AJ Capital announced Wednesday details related to the residential component of its planned Belle Meade Village mixed-use development — with demolition on the site now fully underway.

According to a release, The Residences at Belle Meade Village will be comprised of two high-end residential buildings, designed in a traditional manner and each with approximately 40 units. The Residences are being designed by New York-based Meyer Davis, the founders of which — Will Meyer and Grace Davis — originally are from Nashville.

According to a release, the future buildings (to stand approximately eight floors) and their homes “will thoughtfully blend worldly sensibilities with the timeless heritage of the surrounding Belle Meade community.”

A completion date is anticipated for late 2027, with the main address of the overall project 4500 Harding Pike.

Residents of The Residences at Belle Meade Village will have access to more than 16,000 square feet of amenities: a pool with private cabanas, a five-acre private park, a library, a piano room, screening and listening rooms, a golf simulator, whiskey and cigar rooms, lounges and a private Mahjong room.

Wellness amenities will include a gym facility, Pilates studio, sauna, spa, cold plunge, salon, and private treatment rooms.

Other amenities will include a 24-hour doorman, concierge and valet offerings.

The first preview tours will begin in the fall at a sales gallery under construction at 4525 Harding Pike, across from the Belle Meade Village site. The release does not include presales pricing.

AJ Capital paid $87 million for the property in July 2023 (read more about the company’s mixed-use project plans here).
