The Quincy

The Quincy is a new 78,196-square-foot Class A mixed-use tower that includes 347 luxury apartments, 77,540 square feet of office (three floors) and 10,359 square feet of ground level retail/bar/restaurant space located in the heart of Austin’s urban core just outside the downtown designation in the Rainey Street Historic District at the edge of everything and in the center of it all.
